Product Details

Product material: mold cavity components adopt 2344, heat treatment HRC38.
Product features: The size and density of the castings are stable and the precision is high, and the weight error of the castings is guaranteed within ±2g.
Design points: The mold life is 20,000 times, and the quick replacement of wearing parts is considered in the design.
Product process: Because air is left in the cavity during the casting process to cause pores and material shortages in the casting, we installed vent plugs in key positions inside the core, combined with the conventional vent groove design.
