Middle management training
In order to better implement lean management, improve management ability and expand work ideas, on October 13, 2018, solstice 14, the company organized key personnel to participate in the joint innovation century middle management system training course.
The main contents of this study include the cultivation of the professionalism and quality of middle managers, the awakening of leadership and management, and the four core tasks of the company operation of middle managers. During the whole learning process, our company trained personnel to be strict in discipline, serious in learning, open-minded in asking questions, showing a good spirit.
In the qin dynasty general, led by the two day and a night of training and study, we participate in training staff benefit, people not only could improve the ability of perception of their jobs, and widened the field of lean management thinking, especially in improving its professionalism and to gain a lot of inspiration to improve staff's work enthusiasm. In future work, our staff will put this to use, and continuous improvement, in order to improve the work efficiency, improve the image of the company as a whole and promote enterprise development!
